建立限量检测磺胺二甲基嘧啶中杂质的方法．采用薄层色谱法，用两种展开剂系统，分步同向展开对样品中的杂质进行检测．展开剂I为氯仿-甲醇-无水甲酸（45mL：5mL：0．15mL），展开剂Ⅱ为4％氨水（V／V）-水-硝基甲烷-二氧六环（3mL：5mL：40mL：50mL）．结果表明，能简便有效地检测出磺胺二甲基嘧啶中各种可能存在的杂质，并能对其进行限量分析．
英文摘要：
A method for limiting determination of the possible impurities in sulfadimidine by using TLC was established. Two solvent systems by stepwise-homo-direction development were used. The developer Ⅰ consists of chloroform, methanol and formic acid anhydrous （45 mL：5 mL：0.15 mL）. The developer Ⅱ consists of 4% ammonia water （V/V）, water, nitromethane and dioxane（3 mL：5 mL：40 mL：50 mL）. It is a simple and available method for determination and limitation of the possible impurities in sulfadimidine.
