研究了0.6PMnS-0.4PZN压电陶瓷的性能及相变特征,分析了Ba^2+、Sr^2+取代对材料性能及相变特性的影响。结果表明,0.6PMnS-0.4PZN陶瓷具有弥散性相变特点,在相变过程中存在明显的介电热滞。Ba^2+、Sr^2+取代使相变温度降低。Ba2+取代使相变弥散性增强,介电热滞增加;Sr^2+取代使原胞间的相互作用增强,介电热滞减小,利于铁电相的稳定,有利于材料性能的提高。0.6PMnS-0.4PZN在150℃以下具有较好的谐振频率和铁电性能温度稳定性。
The phase transition character of the 0. 6PMnS-0. 4PZN quaternary system piezoelectric ceramics were studied, and the influence of the Ba^2+ , Sr^2+ substitute on the phase transition of the system ceramics were also analyzed. The results showed that the 0.6PMnS-0.4PZN ceramics had disperse phase transition character. The die- lectric properties were found with obvious temperature hysteresis during the phase transition. Ba^2+ , Sr^2+ substitute decreased the temperature of phase transition. Ba^2+ substitute increased the diffusion of phase transition and temper- ature hysteresis; while Sr^2+ substitute decreased the temperature hysteresis, by the reasons of Sr^2+ substitute enhanced the interaction of unit cells, in favor of the stability of ferroelectric phase and the improvement of piezoelectric properties. 0.6PMnS-0.4PZN ceramics had better resonance frequency and temperature stability of ferroelectric properties under 150 ℃.
