以自制的稀土固体酸S2O2-8/ZrO2-La2O3为催化剂,癸二酸和正丁醇为原料合成了癸二酸二丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间对酯化率的影响,并采用正交实验进行优化,最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量为癸二酸质量的2.5%,醇酸摩尔比3.0∶1.0,反应温度170℃,反应时间300min,此条件下酯化率可达97.72%。反应所用催化剂具有良好的催化活性和稳定性,并通过折光率、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和核磁共振碳谱等手段对产物进行了表征。
Dibutyl sebacate(DBS) was synthesized from sebacic acid and n-butyl alcohol with self-made rare earth solid acid S2O2-8/ZrO2-La2O as catalyst. The effect of mass fraction of catalyst, molar ratio of alcohol to acid, reaction temperature and reaction time on esterification ratewere studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The esterification rate can reach up to 97.72% under optimum conditionsthat catalyst dosage was 2.5 %, molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 3.0 : 1.0, reaction temperature was 170 ℃ and reaction time was 300 min. The catalyst has stable performance and regeneration capacity. The product was characterized by refractive index, FT-IR spectrum, H NMR spectrum and 13C NMR spectrum.
