台钻的整体动态特性研究对于其设计和制造有一定的指导作用。试验中使用丹麦B&K的PULSE-3560C采集系统和ME'Scope软件,采用变时基采样方法并且结合增强频域分解技术对台钻进行整体试验模态分析,得到台钻模态参数。由此分析台钻的动态特性,对其整体设计提出了修改的建议,最后的试验数据可为进一步的动态修改提供理论依据。
The dynamic characteristic research is useful in guiding the design and manufacture of drill-press.Through BK′s PULSE-3560C collection systems and ME′Scope software, experimental modal analysis based on variable time-based sampling methods and enhanced frequency domain decomposition technique is studied, and the modal parameter is distinguished. Through dynamic characteristics analysis of drill-press, the revised proposal to its overall design is put forward, and the final test data can further provide a theoretical basis of dynamic modification.
