针对鼠笼式异步电机四象限运行控制问题,建立了网侧变流器和机侧变流器的数学模型,给出了网侧变流器和机侧变流器的控制方法,并分别求取了网侧和机侧控制器。网侧采用电压外环、电流内环双闭环控制,机侧采用转速外环、电流内环双闭环控制。采用的网侧和机侧协调控制策略,确保网侧达到稳态后再投入机侧运行,保证异步电机正常启动。仿真结果表明,系统实现了直流母线电压稳定,网侧功率因数为1,能量双向流动,电机四象限运行及电机转速跟踪快速且准确等控制目标。该研究保证了异步电机的正常启动且更符合电机实际运行情况。
For squirrel cage induction motor drive system of the four-quadrant control problem, the mathematical models of the net side converter and machine side converter are established. The control methods of the net side converter and machine side converter are given and the controllers of the net side and ma- chine side are calculated. The voltage outer ring and current inner ring double closed loop are used in the net side. The speed outer ring and current inner ring double closed loop are used in the machine side. The coordinated control strategy of the net side and machine side is used, which machine side is started after the net side is close to being stable. The control system can be achieved that the DC bus voltage is controllable, power factor of the net side is 1, energy is bidirectional flow, IM can run in the four quadrant and the tracking of motor speed is rapid and accurate, etc.
