针对隐极永磁同步电动机的弱磁扩速问题,提出了一种基于端口受控哈密顿(PCH)的弱磁扩速非线性控制新方法。系统的平衡点采用分段式求取,在基速以下采用最大转矩/电流原理求出,在基速以上采用弱磁方法求出。对于工程中常见的负载转矩未知时的情况,设计了负载转矩观测器。仿真结果表明,系统的弱磁扩速效果好、速度响应快,具有良好的抑制负载转矩扰动能力。
For the flux weakening expansion control of non- salient pole permanent magnet synchronous motor,a nonlinear method of port controlled Hamiltonian( PCH) was proposed. System equilibrium calculating employs subsection,using the maximum torque per ampere principle below the base speed and using the flux weakening principle above the base speed. Load torque observer was designed for the common situationof the unknown load torque. Simulation results show that the system's effect of the weak magnetic expansion is good,the speed of the system response fast and has good inhibition ability to load torque disturbance.
