在复杂多变的环境中增强自身的动态能力，已成为企业获取和保持竞争优势的关键。在战略管理领域，动态能力研究也已经成为研究者们关注的热点与焦点，并且出现了一些颇有价值的研究成果。本研究基于对1994年以来国外动态能力相关文献的系统梳理，对动态能力的内涵界定、维度划分、测量方法、影响因素、结果变量以及一些权变因素进行了述评，并对近五年的研究与先前的研究进行了对比，提出了一个动态能力研究的整合框架。文章针对现有研究存在的不足，对未来研究进行了展望。

英文摘要：

Strengthening dynamic capabilities in complex and voLatiLe environment nas been the key for firms to the acquirement and maintenance of competitive advantages. In strategic management field, dynamic capabilities research has drawn strong attention from scholars,producing some valuable research findings. Based on the systematic review of foreign literature of dynamic capabilities since 1994, this paper presents a review through several aspects., conceptualization, dimension division, measurement, antecedents, consequences and some contingent factors. Then it compares the research in recent five years with previous re- search, and proposes an integrated model of dynamic capabilities research. Additionally, this paper points out future research directions in view of the shortcomings in extant literature.
