风险倾向在组织管理研究领域中占有重要的位置。基于国内外相关文献的研究,本文首先探讨了风险和风险倾向的内涵、分析了风险倾向的维度结构以及相应的测量量表,然后评价了文化环境、组织氛围、历史绩效等因素对组织风险倾向的影响,同时梳理了风险倾向与组织绩效之间的不确定关系。最后,文章针对当前研究中的不足,提出了未来研究需要关注的相关问题。
Risk propensity is an important term in the field of organization management research.Based on the research of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper first dis- cusses the connotation of risk and risk propensity, and analyzes the dimension structure of risk propensity and corresponding measurement scale.Then it evaluates the effects of culture environment, organizational climate, past performance and other factors on organizational risk propensity, and sorts out the uncertain relationship between risk propensity and organization- al performance.Finally, in view of the drawbacks of current research,this paper proposes rel- evant issues worthy of being focused on in future research.
