为了对凤眼莲这种生物质进行能源资源化利用,采用两个串联的5L发酵罐以补料分批培养(半连续培养)的方式研究凤莲的暗光发酵耦合产氢特性。通过硫酸溶液、常压微波加热和纤维素酶水解的方式降解凤眼莲得到大量的还原糖,再用处理后的凤眼莲溶液在补料分批培养的条件下进行实验,获得了稳定的暗发酵及光发酵的产氢速率,分别为200.6mL/(L·d)和85.4mL/(L·d)。实验中单位原料的产氢量则分别达到50.7mL/gTVS和285mL/gTVS,产氢过程的整体热值转化效率为21.7%。
In order to promote the resources utilization of water hyacinth, two 5-L fermenters were used for hydrogen production by combination of dark and photo fermentation in a two phase process through Semi-continuous. When water hyacinth was pretreated by microwave heating in sulfuric acid solution and then cnzymatically hydrolyzed, a mass of re- ducing sugar was obtained. Then, Semi-continuous fermentation experiments in two serial 5-L reactors were carried out, a production rate of 200.6 mL/( L · d) and 85.4 mL/( L· d) were obtained respectively, and the yield of them were 50.7 mL/g TVS and 285 mL/g TVS. The calorific power conversion efficiency was up to 21.7% in the whole process.
