以一位于墨西哥湾的典型导管架式海洋平台为原型,根据动力相似准则按1:50比例设计海洋平台结构模型。在此基础上采用模糊控制原理设计以磁流变阻尼器(MR)为控制装置的半主动控制系统。在波浪水池中进行了多种工况模型试验,对平台在规则波、不规则波作用下的减振效果进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,采用模糊原理设计的磁流变阻尼器半主动控制系统能够对海洋平台结构的振动进行有效的控制,且控制效果稳定。
A typical jacket offshore platform in Mexico Gulf is selected as experimental prototype. The experimental model of the jacket platform is designed based on the dynamical similarity criterion with the scale of 1:50. Furthermore, the optimal semi-active system with Magnetorheological Fluid Damper (MR) is designed with the fuzzy control theory. In order to investigate the control effect of MR system on the jacket platform under regular and irregular wave, several load cases of model experiments are performed. The experimental results show that the MR system designed by using fuzzy theory can reduce the vibration of the platforms effectively and the vibration control effect is fairly stable.
