It is very easy to lead to oil spill accident when tanker accident takes place.In order to enhance the security of tanker traffic,taking Bohai Sea as an example,a simulation model was established in open waters of tanker oil spills.Based on the national industry standard and risk assessment software Neptune offered by DNV,the oil spill spread status was calculated and the probability of pool fire was forecasted as the same as the damage range.The relationship of oil spill degree and fire consequence was obtained.
