以番茄(特选-28)为试验材料,利用Hoagland’s营养液(缺磷营养液)培养番茄幼苗,探讨氯化钙浸种对磷饥饿。F番茄幼苗生长状况和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:磷饥饿下,适宜浓度的氯化钙浸种可以起到壮苗作用,番茄幼苗的鲜重、干重累积、株高、主根长等指标均有所提高,特别是当氯化钙溶液浓度达10mmol/L时效果更显菩。在磷饥饿初期.经10mmol/L氯化钙浸种后,番茄幼苗SOD活性与同组对照相比显著升高,后期无明显变化;而CAT活性和POD活性在磷饥饿初期均无明显变化,后期均显著升高。说明10mmol/L氯化钙浸种可能能增强番茄幼苗的抗低磷能力。
Based on tomato (Texuan-28) for experimental material, using Hoagland's aeroponics formula (phosphorus defic, iency nutrient) to cultivate tomato seedlings, we determined the different changes of growth state and protective enzyme activities of tomato seedlings by calcium-soaking under phosphorus starvation. The results showed that the optimum concentration of calcium chloride soaking could promote seedling growth. Fresh weight, dry weight accumulation, plant height, main root length of tomato seedlings were improved under phosphorus starvation, especially when the calcium chloride solution concentration reached 10 mmol/L, its effect was more significant. In addition, with 10 mmol/L CaCl2 soaking, SOD activity of tomato seedlings were higher than the control during the early stages of phosphorus starvation while the late days of phosphate starvation were obviously less than the control. The aetivities of POD and CAT of tomato seedlings were significantly less than the control during the early stages of phosphorus starvation, while the late days of phosphate starvation were obviously higher than the control. The results showed that it may enhance the ability of low phosphorus resistance in tomato seedlings with 10 mmol/L CaCl2 soaking.
