为探究不经分离直接定量分析含有钍、镧等元素混合物中的铀,以偶氮肿Ⅲ为显色剂,建立了酸度-光谱双线性数据矩阵秩消失因子分析法。结果表明,当pH=0.3~4.8,A为600~680nm时,方法的检出限为0.085mg/L;当混合物中铀的质量浓度为1.19~4.76mg/L时,相对标准偏差为1.5%~4.2%。用该方法对实际样品进行了测定,加标回收率为97.5%~103.4%。
For searching direct quantitative analysis of uranium in grey mixtures containing thorium and lanthanum without any separate process, a rank annihilation factor analysis of the acidity-spectra bilinear data matrices with arsenazo Ⅲ as a chromogenic reagent was established. The range of acidity is pH=0.3-4.8 and the range of wavelength is 600-680 nm in the process of measure. The results show that the detection limit of the method is 0. 085 mg/ L and the relative standard deviations are from 1.5 % to 4.2 % when the mass concentrations of uranium in the mixtures are from 1.19 mg/L to 4.76 mg/L. The method was used for the determination of uranium in real mixtures with recoveries of standard added from 97.5% to 103.4%.
