对基于球对称与交流电磁感应原理的环形球阵列扭矩传感器的信号抗干扰方法进行了分析研究,设计了锁相放大电路与LabVIEW测量系统,对转轴进行信号采集与处理实验。实验结果表明,该信号抗干扰方法能较好的满足环形球阵列扭矩传感器对极端环境下的扭矩动态测量。
The signal anti-jamming method of the ring-ball array torque sensor based on the spherically symmet- ric and electromagnetic induction principles has been analyzed and studied in this paper. The lock-in amplifier circuit and I.abVIEW measuring system have been designed. The ring-ball array consisting of many magnetic balls and the electro-magnetic detector were fully enclosed. The experiment on the signal acquisition and processing of the torque has been carried out. The experiment results indicated that the torque sensor had the features of good ability of anti- jamming, high-precision and easy-to use. It can accomplish the dynamic measurement of mechanical spindle torque in the extreme environment.
