环形空间阵列扭矩传感器是一种基于交流电磁感应技术,应用于极端恶劣环境下扭矩动态测量的非接触式传感器。针对环形空间阵列扭矩传感器的特点,设计和实现了控制和信号处理系统。着重对传感器的信号处理部分进行分析和研究,设计了相应的信号处理电路,采用数字移相技术提高信号相位差测量结果的精度,通过在FPGA芯片上配置NiosII软核处理器进行控制和数据运算处理。验证结果表明:系统结构简单,测量精度高,抑制噪声能力强,可靠性高。
The ring-space arty torque sensor, which is based on ahemating curremt magnetic induction technology, is a non-contract sensor used in the extreme environments. According to the feature of the ring-space arty torque sensor,the control and signal processing system are designed and implemented. Signal prosessing part of the sensor are analyzed and studied, and the signal processing circuit are designed. Digital phase shift technology is used to improve measurement result' s precision of signal phase-different. It also adopts NiosII soft core CPU in the FPGA chip as control and data processing unit. The measuremental result indicates that the system has simple structure, high-precision measurement, good ability to suppress niose, and high reliability.
