超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗椎管内麻醉后腰背疼痛的疗效分析

目的观察超激光疼痛治疗仪(简称SL)照射治疗椎管内麻醉后引起腰背疼痛的临床效果。方法选取椎管内麻醉后腰背疼痛患者80例,随机分为SL治疗组和对照组,每组40例。SL治疗组采用SL照射疗法并辅以常规非甾体抗炎药,对照组采用常规非甾体抗炎药并辅以静卧加局部热敷。比较两组患者治疗前后VAS评分变化、疼痛消失时间及治疗次数和复发率的差异。结果两组一般资料对比无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。治疗前后,两组在VAS评分下降率、疼痛消失时间及治疗次数和复发率上存在明显差异(P〈0.05)。结论采用SL照射治疗椎管内麻醉后腰背痛,可明显消除疼痛症状,减少治疗时间和治疗次数,降低疼痛复发率,明显优于常规的治疗。同时,SL照射治疗又具有安全性高、可控性高、无侵袭性的特点,值得临床推广应用。

英文摘要:

Objective To observe the application of super-lizer irradiation treatment of low back pain caused by lumbar spinal anesthesia,and analysis the effectiveness and controllability.Methods 80 patients of low back pain caused by lumbar spinal anesthesia from were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with Super-Lizer and NonsteroidalAntiinflammatory Drugs(NSAIDs).At the same time,the control group was treated with NSAIDs auxiliary bed rest and local hot compress.The VAS scores,the pain disappeared,times of treatment and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results The average data of the two groups was no significant difference(P〉0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores,the pain disappeared,times of treatment and recurrence rate of the two groups were different,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Super-lizer irradiation treatment of low back pain caused by lumbar spinal anesthesia can obviously eliminate pain symptoms,reduce times of treatment and recurrence rate.Besides,Super-lizer irradiation treatment has non-invasive,security and controllability characteristics.
