单核细胞增多性李斯特菌(LM)是一种严格的胞内寄生菌,具有细胞内生长和繁殖的特性,且在机体内具有一定的可清除性。近年来,在肿瘤免疫治疗领域,以LM为载体的减毒活疫苗已经被广泛应用。树突状细胞是目前已知的功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,在介导LM疫苗发挥抗肿瘤效应的过程中起着重要的免疫调控作用。然而目前已有的研究对其具体的免疫调控机制和抗肿瘤效应并未进行系统性的描述。
Listeria monocytogenes( LM) is a kind of strict intracellular parasitic bacteria with the characteristics of intracellular growth and reproduction,and LM has a certain clearance inside the body. In recent years,LM has been widely used as the carrier of live attenuated vaccines in the field of tumor immunotherapy.Dendritic cells are known as the most powerful antigen presenting cells. It is believed to play an important role in mediating LM vaccines into playing antineoplastic effect. However,there is no systematic description on the specific immune regulation mechanism and the antitumor effect yet.
