目的 提升复方板蓝根颗粒的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法,以精氨酸、亮氨酸、(R,S)-告依春和靛玉红作为指标成分进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法,以尿苷、鸟苷、(R,S)-告依春和腺苷作为指标成分进行定量测定。结果 薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好;尿苷、鸟苷、(R,S)-告依春和腺苷分别在0.001 7~0.106 0mg/m L(r=1.000 0)、0.001 6~0.100 2 mg/m L(r=0.999 9)、0.001 6~0.101 1 mg/m L(r=1.000 0)和0.001 5~0.095 9 mg/m L(r=0.999 7)的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性。尿苷、鸟苷、(R,S)-告依春和腺苷的平均回收率(n=9)分别为100.9%、100.2%,97.8%和100.2%。结论 从市售复方板蓝根颗粒26批样品数据综合分析,建议每袋(15 g)中尿苷、鸟苷、(R,S)-告依春和腺苷的总量不得少于1.15 mg,其中(R,S)-告依春不得少于0.07 mg。
AIM To improve quality standard for Compound Banlangen Granules. METHODS Arginine,leucine,indirubin and( R,S)-goitrin as index components were qualitative identified by TLC,and uridine,guanosine,( R,S)-goitrin and adenosine as index components were simultaneously determined by HPLC. RESULT TLC spots were clear,and separated nicely. The linear ranges of uridine,guanosine,( R,S)-goitrin and adenosine were 0. 001 7- 0. 106 0 mg / m L( r = 1. 000),0. 001 6- 0. 100 2 mg / m L( r = 0. 999 9),0. 001 6-0. 101 1 mg / m L( r = 1. 000),and 0. 001 5- 0. 095 9 mg / m L( r = 0. 999 7),respectively. The average recoveries( n = 9) of the four compounds were 100. 9%,100. 2%,97. 8% and 100. 2%,respectively. CONCLUSION From comprehensive data analysis,the suggestion is that the total contents of uridine,guanosine,( R,S)-goitrin and adenosine are no less than 1. 15 mg,especially( R,S)-goitrin content 0. 07 mg in a bag of Compound Banlangen Granules( 15 g).
