为克服传统开关变换器的对称三角后缘调制(symmetrical trailing-triangle,STT)的次谐波振荡问题,提出开关变换器的非对称三角后缘(asymmetrical trailing-triangle,ATT)调制方法。研究基于ATT调制的数字V2控制Buck变换器的控制技术及其稳定性。分析结果表明,传统的后缘调制、前缘调制以及STT调制都是ATT调制的特殊情况。ATT调制方法从调制原理上消除了次谐波振荡,保证了控制系统的稳定性。仿真结果和实验结果均表明,基于ATT调制的数字V^2控制算法具有比基于STT调制的数字V^2控制算法更好的稳定性。
To overcome the sub-harmonic oscillations in switching converters with conventional trailing-triangle modulation (also called as symmetrical trailing-triangle (STF) modulation), asymmetrical trailing-triangle (ATT) modulation method was proposed in this paper. Digital V^2 controlled buck converter with ATT modulation was studied and its stability was analyzed. It is pointed out that conventional trailing-edge modulation, leading-edge modulation and STT modulation are special cases of ATT modulation. Based on its modulation principle, ATT modulation method avoids the sub-harmonic oscillation and thus keeps the controlled system stable. Simulation and experimental results show that the control performance of digital V^2 controlled buck converter with ATT modulation is better than that of the one with STT modulation.
