分析电感电流连续工作模式(continuous conduction mode,CCM)Buck变换器的最优负载瞬态响应过程,通过负载跃变阈值概念的提出,获得负载突变时Buck变换器输出电压的最优超调量(跌落量)和稳态调节时间,仿真分析和实验研究结果表明,Buck变换器在负载跃变时存在最优瞬态工作过程。研究最优负载瞬态特性在滑模控制Buck变换器中的应用,仿真研究结果表明,最优负载瞬态特性的研究对Buck变换器主电路参数和控制策略的设计与实现具有重要的指导意义。
Optimal load transient process of Buck converter operating in inductor current continuous conduction mode (CCM) was analyzed.With the definition of the threshold of load step variation,the optimal undershoots/overshoots and settle time of output voltage are obtained when load changing.Simulation and experimental results show that optimal load transient process of Buck converter in CCM indeed exists.The optimal load transient process of Buck converter in CCM was used to guide the design of sliding mode controlled Buck converter.Simulation results show that the optimal load transient process can be used to guide the design of power stage circuit parameter and the realization of control circuit of Buck converter.
