基于织物纤维的毛细管虹吸效应及煤矿对于防静电的特殊要求,针对煤矿高地热的技术难题,设计了一种新型高地热矿井个体特种防护服,阐述了该防护服的降温及防静电原理及生产工艺特点。结果表明:该防护服比普通工作服吸湿排汗效果显著,可以有效节省作业工人体能消耗,杜绝了由于工作服静电产生的瓦斯爆炸等井下火灾事故,可以在高地热矿井推广使用。
Base on the capillary siphonage effect of the textile fibers and special requirements of mine antistatic, according to the technical problems of mine high geothermal, a new personal special protective garment for high geothermal mine was designed. The paper stated the temperature cooling and antistatic principles and the manufacturing features of the protective garment. The results showed that the protective garment could have a moisture adsorption and sweat removing effect better than the conventional working garment, could effectively save the physical consumption of the operation personal, could eliminate the gas explosion and other mine fire accident occurred by the static of the working garment and could be promoted in application to high geothermal mine.
