英文摘要：

In order to improve the operation,efficiency and effectiveness of distribution center,this paper analyzes the operation optimization problem of distribution center by using time-driven activity-based costing（TDABC）.An operation optimization model is established with the objectives of decreasing the number of workers and increasing the rate of time efficiency in distribution center.And the constraints of operation in distribution center are optimized and controlled based on theory of constraint.The process and its steps of the optimization model are designed.Numerical examples show that the model and its optimization process are easy to implement and solve the problems,and the application results are quite well,which verifies the feasibility and validity of the model and its optimization process.
