纤维素酶作为一种高活性的生物催化剂,在纤维素类资源的利用方面収挥重要的作用。本文综述了纤维素的分子结构,纤维素酶种类及其作用机理,酶解反应动力学模型,影响纤维素酶高效酶解的因素以及酶解效率提高的措施,幵对纤维素酶研究存在的问题以及今后的収展作了迚一步的展望。
As a high active biocatalyst, cellulase plays an important role in the utilization of cellulosic resources. This paper summarizes cellulose molecular structure, cellulase types, mechanism of cellulose degradation by cellulase, and kinetic models for enzymatic reaction. In addition, the factors for efficient enzymolysis and the solutions to improve enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency are also reviewed. Finally, the problems in the present research on cellulase and the future prospect are discussed.
