抗肿瘤药物导致的肾功能损伤是常见的化疗引起的不良反应,也是临床常见的脏器损伤。严重的肾功能损伤大大限制了抗肿瘤药物的选择使用,甚至延误治疗时机。因此,如何避免或减少肾脏损伤是临床医师面临并亟待解决的难题之一。新一代抗肿瘤药物在提高疗效的同时,在临床肾脏毒性改善方面也有了很大的提高。现将临床常见抗肿瘤新药的肾毒性情况和其作用机制分类予以综述以指导临床用药。

Renal injury induced by the antineoplastic drugs is a kind of side effects in clinical,which apparently limits the use of chemotherapy drugs,even makes the patients lose the best therapeutic time.It is urgent and difficult to avoid and reduce the renal injury.As well as the higher effective rate,the antineoplastic new drugs have the lower nephrotoxicitity.The mechanism of action and nephrotoxicitity of these classified antineoplastic new drugs were reviewed in this paper and the clinical measures could be designed.
