提出钢管自密实混凝土加固钢筋混凝土圆柱的新型复合加固方法,对1个未加固短柱和7个复合加固短柱进行轴心受压试验,研究各参数对复合加固短柱承载力的影响.试验结果表明:相比未加固柱,复合加固柱的承载力与延性大幅提高;钢管壁厚是影响复合加固柱承载力的主要因素,自密实混凝土强度影响其次,界面处理对复合加固柱的承载力影响不明显.基于极限平衡理论,推导并建立了钢管自密实混凝土加固短柱的承载力计算公式,并将计算结果与试验结果进行比较,结果表明公式计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,且总体偏于安全.
A new composite strengthened method that RC column is strengthened with self-compacting concrete(SCC)-filled circular steel tube is presented.One RC column and seven RC columns strengthened with SCC filled circular steel jacket subjected to axial loading are investigated.The influences of several factors on the bearing capacity of strengthened columns are analyzed.The test results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of the composite strengthened columns are significantly improved.The wall thickness of steel tube plays an important role on the bearing capacity of strengthened columns; and the influence of compressive strength of SCC is less important than that of steel tube.The bearing capacity of composite strengthened columns is not affected by interface mode.Based on the theory of limit equilibrium,a formula is proposed to calculate the load bearing capacity of the composite strengthened short columns.The calculating results agree with the experimental results well and are somewhat conservative.
