目的建立测定不同产地槲寄生药材中丁香脂素的HPLC法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(体积比为30∶70),流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:272 nm。结果丁香脂素在17.4~348.0 mg.L-1内呈良好线性关系r=0.999 5(n=6),平均回收率(n=9)为98.0%(RSD=1.6%)。结论该方法为槲寄生药材质量评价提供了可靠依据。
Objective To develop a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of syringaresinol in Herba Visci. Methods Syfingaresinol was isolated by silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectral data. A Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water( V: V = 30: 70) was used, the flow rate was 1 mL- min - l, and the detective wavelength was set at 272 nm. Results Good lineafity was obtained in the range of 17.4-348.0 mg-L-1 with correlation coefficient of 0. 999 5 (n = 6 ). The average recovery of syringaresinol was 98.0% with RSD of 1.6% (n = 9 ). Conclusions The method is sensitive, accurate, rapid, and suitable for the quality control of Chinese Mistletoe.
