提出了一种非接触式的内耗测量方法。通过对碳纤维材料试样进行交变静电激发,在显微系统下记录强迫振动过程的高帧率图像,完成了微纳尺度材料内耗测量系统的设计。实验结果表明该系统能实现低频和高频内耗的非接触式测量,测量频率范围大,系统扩展性强。
This paper proposes a contactless method for internal friction measurement. The micro-scale material internal friction measurement system uses alternating voltage to stimulate carbon fiber specimen, records the high frame rate images of the forced vibration process under the microscope. Finally, data analysis and parameters measuring are completed based on image processing. The experiment results show that the measurement system can effectively measure low frequency and high frequency internal friction. It has wide frequency measuring range and great expansibility.
