在淮南某矿-960m北翼C13底板轨道大巷围岩的力学性质参数的实验测试值以及现场围岩变形观测结果的基础上,运用Flac3D软件进行模拟计算,分析了该深井软岩巷道围岩的变形特性。模拟和监测表明:两帮收缩和底臌是深井软岩巷道围岩的主要变形,其中巷道底板的有效控制是保证巷道围岩稳定的关键。提出了以改进初次支护强度和增大底角锚杆角度、增加锚杆密度并配合全断面注浆为主要技术特点的支护方案。现场实践结果表明,该支护方案较适用于深井软岩巷道。
Based on the laboratory test results of the physics and mechanics properties of surrounding rock of-960 mnorth wing C13 track roadway,by using the Flac3 Dsimulation software to analyze the soft rock roadway surrounding rock deformation properties in deep mine.The research shows that the deformation of the two sidewalls and the floor heave are the main deformation of soft rock roadway in deep mine,the stability of roadway floor is the key of the surrounding rock control.The new supporting scheme put forward strengthening the early support strength,increase the angle of the floor anchor,increase the intensity of the bolt and apply the full-face grouting technology.Field application show that the supporting scheme for soft rock roadway in deep mine is feasible.
