Consensus problem of the multi agent systems with time delays is considered. The results obtained by different analysis methods regarding the consensus of multi-agent systems with communication delays are introduced in detail, and the characteristics of the methods are compared with each other. In addition, the recent results on the consensus of the multi-agent systems with input delays are also introduced. Finally. some existing problems and future research directions in this research field are discussed.
