Two new records in mainland China--Thermoascus aurantiacus and Myceliophthora hinnulea collected from Hainan are reported in this study. Their morphological characteristics are described. Specimens studied are deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University, Plant Pathology （HSAUP）.
