目的研究CD133及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测109例乳腺癌组织中的CD133及VEGF的表达,并对结果进行分析。结果乳腺癌组织中CD133和VEGF蛋白的表达率分别是46.8%(51/109)和84.4%(92/109),其阳性表达率随肿瘤病理级别的升高而明显增加(P〈0.05)。乳腺癌Basal-like亚群中CD133蛋白的阳性率表达高达69.2%,高于其他亚群(P〈0.05)。CD133与VEGF表达密切相关(P〈0.01)。结论CD133与VEGF蛋白表达可能与乳腺癌肿瘤干细胞生长有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD133 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in breast cancer.Methods CD133 and VEGF protein expressions were studied by immunohistochemistry in 109 cases with breast cancer.Results The expression rates of CD133 and VEGF proteins in the cancer tissues were 46.8%(51/109)and 84.4%(92/109),respectively,which increased as the tumor grade elevated(P〈0.05).The positive expression rate of CD133 was as high as 69.2% in Basal-like subtype of breast cancer,which was higher than that in the other subtypes(P〈0.05).The expression of CD133 was closely correlated with that of VEGF(P〈0.01).Conclusion CD133 and VEGF proteins play important roles in the progression of breast cancer.
