英文摘要：
Through modeling on dual channels, the paper analyzes the optimal prices of dual channels for the entire supply chain and the competing equilibriums of various dual channel structures when free riding problem exists. This paper also studies the application of the revenue sharing contract in various dual channel structures when free riding problem exists. The result shows that revenue sharing contracts can fully coordinate the entire supply chain of decentralized dual channels, the revenue sharing contract and a coordination policy of fixed price difference can fully coordinate the entire supply chain of partially integrated dual channels, and the revenue sharing contract can＇t fully coordinate the entire supply chain of horizontally integrated dual channels.
