The modular development styles are used for the software package design.For every software module.Python programming language is used to develop hydrological simulation functions and data connections between hydrological data model and simulation model.The Add-In Toolkit design is designed to be integrated into ArcGIS desktop software package.The terrain pretreatment,water and rain monitoring,hydrological process simulation module are introduced.Ruhe watershed is used as the study area,the integrated system does well in data management process visualization and simulation results,and provides a new method for the integration hydrological process model and GIS.
