By reviewing the living space structure of urban community and its planning in western countries, it shows that since 1990s, the research of urban community planning mainly focuses on the idea of community resources accessibility and its planning, which also reveals that the research of community resources accessibility has become the cutting edge of the research of urban social-life space. Based on the Community System Structure Theory, this paper gives an exploratory summary about the evaluation theories, which is also the innovation of the paper.
