城市资源是城市社区体系构建的物质基础，对城市资源供给系统进行控制是提高居民生活空间质量和提升城市空间价值的路径之一。从社会空间的角度对城市资源的内涵予以界定，详细阐释城市资源公正配置的影响因素；在此基础上系统制定城市社区体系下城市资源的公正配置模式，以在消除城市资源剥夺的前提下重构城市资源供给的空间与机会可获性，使城市为所有城市居民优化生活环境及改善生活水平，形成公平和谐的空间氛围，并最终实现城市的可持续发展。

英文摘要：

Urban resource is the material basis of the availability of community system. The provision of five kind of urban resource is accordance with the construction of urban community system. So domination of urban resource supply is the key problem of urban community system planning. In this paper, we try to clarify the factors affecting urban resource availability. Based on the above, we systematically develop the control approach of the urban resource availability of supply on the basis of urban community system. After eliminating the deprivation level of urban resource, the location opportunity structure of urban resource supply will be reconstructed, then the city can provide better living environment and higher living standard to all residents.
