针对商业生态环境中制造服务运作的复杂性,建立了制造服务模块化理论模型。该模型包括制造服务模块的内涵和动态创建过程,初步实现了制造服务模块动态创建,为制造服务模块化奠定基础。应用突变理论构建了制造服务模块的产品度和服务度概念,并建立了制造服务模块测度模型及算法。在此基础上,提出制造服务模块动态聚类的自组织映射网络策略。通过制造服务模块动态聚类的示例,验证了制造服务模块测度模型的有效性,以及基于神经网络和模块化技术建模的优越性。
For the complexity of manufacturing services business operation environment,the manufacturing service modularity theory model which included connotation and dynamic creation process of manufacturing service module was established.The dynamic creation of manufacturing service module was realized for laying basis of manufacturing service modularization.The catastrophe theory was used to construct the manufacturing service module products and service concept,and the manufacturing service module measure model and algorithm were established.On this basis,proposed based on the self organizing mapping network strategy of manufacturing service module dynamic clustering was proposed.Through the dynamic clustering of manufacturing service module,the validity of the proposed measurement model was verified,and the advantages of modeling based on neural network and modular technology were proved.
