为了更加科学准确地建立机械加工过程能量模型,为低碳制造奠定基础,提出一种基于动素的切削功率建模方法。将切削功率分解为空走刀功率和材料切削功率,进一步将两部分功率映射为动素功率并借助实验建立切削功率模型。通过对某圆柱形工件的车削过程切削功率的评估,验证了所提方法的有效性。
To establish a scientific and precise energy model of machining process and lay the foundation for low carbon manufacturing,a therblig-based cutting power modeling methodology was proposed.The cutting power was decomposed into air-cutting power and material cutting power,which were mapped to therblig power.Furthermore,the cutting power model was established by conducting experimental research.The feasibility of proposed methodology was verified through the cutting power estimation of a cylindrical workpiece's turning processes.
