中国和印度是人口和社会经济发展水平较为接近的邻邦,也同是金砖国家的成员,加强中印科技合作可以促进双方的科技和经济发展。本文通过对中印合作发表的国际论文、共同拥有的专利以及中印政府间的合作情况进行了分析,发现中印论文在物理、核能、化学、天文、医学等学科有一定的合作基础，目前合作专利较少，中印政府间科技合作的力度不够，建议今后加强对中印科技合作的支持力度。

英文摘要：

China and India are the neighbors with similar population and economy level and the members of BRICS. Enhancing the China-India Cooperation in Science and Technology will be beneficial for the bilateral S＆T and society developing as well as for the Asian peace. In this article, the China-India co-authored papers and Co-applicant assignees in science and technology have been collected and studied by applying the Scientometrics research method and compared with the inter-governmental cooperation, it was found that there are certain co-authored papers of China and India in the field of Physics, Nuclear energy, Astronomy, and Medicines; The Co-application of Patents is scarcely, and support from the inter-governmental cooperation framework is not strong, which should be enhanced in the future.
