根据燃料电池并网发电系统要求低输入电流纹波和升压的要求,提出一种可抑制输入低频电流纹波的单级、升压式并网逆变器,并给出了一个工频周期内的信号调制示意图。所提逆变器中,将单相桥式逆变器的一个桥臂与Boost变换器所共用,且设计Boost变换器电流工作在电流断续模式,可有效抑制电源输出的低频电流纹波。分析了所提并网逆变器在电网电压极性不同情况下的工作模态。推导了输入电流纹波含量和共用开关管电流的标幺值,给出了升压电感的设计规则。实验结果表明,所提逆变器性能优良。
According to the requirement of the grid-connected inverter in fuel cell generation system for voltage boost and low frequency current ripple, a single-stage voltage boost grid-connection inverter, which can suppress the ripple in low frequency input current, is proposed and a signal modulation diagram within one power frequency period is given. In the proposed inverter one of the bridge arms in the single-phase bridge inverter is shared with boost converter, and it is designed that the boost converter is operated in discontinuous current mode to effectively suppress the low frequency current ripple in the output of DC power source. The operating modals of the proposed grid-connection inverter under different polarities of grid voltage are analyzed. The input current ripple content and the current in the shared switching valve are derived and expressed by the per unit form, meanwhile the rule for the design of the boost inductor is given Experimental results show that the proposed inverter is of high performance.
