根据导抗网络的基本特性,提出一种新型双向直流变换器(bidirectionalDC/DCconverter,BDC)。分析了所提双向变换器在boost模式和buck模式下电路的工作模态。由导抗网络的摹本特性可知,在任意的工作模式下,都可保证变换器中全桥变换器交流侧的功率因数为1,可使回流功率为零以提高系统效率。分析了双向变换器中的物理量关系,给出了变换器中变压器、导抗网络参数优化设计的规则,提出了双向变换器的信号调制策略及相应控制策略。实验结果表明所提BDC性能优良。
According to basic characteristic of immittance network, a structure for a new type of bidirectional DC/DC (BDC) converter is proposed. The operating modals of the circuit of the proposed BDC converter under boost mode and buck mode are analyzed. It can be seen from basic characteristic of immittance network that under arbitrary working mode the power factor at the AC side of the full-bridge converter in the BDC converter can be ensured as unity, thus it makes the backflow becoming zero to improve the system efficiency. The relation among physical quantities in the proposed BDC converter is analyzed and the rules for optimization design of parameters of transformer and immittance network of the proposed BDC converter are given. The signal modulation strategy of the BDC convener and corresponding control strategy are put forward. Experimental results show that the proposed BDC converter possesses high performance.
