目的观察干预次序对局灶性脑缺血大鼠缺血区大脑皮层c-fos表达的影响。方法用大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞法制备局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,将50只大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、先运动后针刺组、先针刺后运动组,每组10只,用免疫组化方法观察5组阳性细胞数,并进行免疫组化评分。结果先运动后针刺组、先针刺后运动组与空白组、假手术组、模型组比较,c-fos在大脑皮层的表达均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;与先运动后针刺组比较,先针刺后运动组c-fos的表达有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,先针刺后运动组的表达高于先运动后针刺组。结论针刺与运动疗法的不同干预次序对卒中大鼠大脑皮层c-fos表达的影响存在差异,先针刺后运动的治疗方式优于先运动后针刺方式。

Objective To observe the effects of different interference orders of acupuncture and exercise therapy on the expression of c-fos in rats with focal cerebral ischemia.Methods The models of rats with focal cerebral ischemia were induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion（MCAO）.50 rats were divided randomly into blank group（n=10）,sham operation group（n=10）,model group（n=10）,group A（n=10） and group B（n=10）.The group A was treated by acupuncture after exercise therapy and the group B by exercise therapy after acupuncture.The number of positive cells in each group was observed by immunohistochemical method,and the immunohistochemical scores of five groups were compared.Results Compared with other three groups,the expression of c-fos was increased in group A,group B respectively,and the difference was significant（P0.05）.The expression of c-fos in group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Different interference orders of electroacupuncture and exercise therapy has significant difference on the expression of c-fos in rats,and the method of exercise therapy after acupuncture is better than that of acupuncture after exercise therapy.
