目的观察电针后海穴对自闭症模型大鼠学习和记忆能力的影响。方法采用孕鼠腹腔注射丙戊酸钠(VPA)的方法建立自闭症大鼠模型,分为模型组、非穴组、电针组,每组10只,电针组针刺模型大鼠的后海穴,连接电针仪,施以连续波,频率2 Hz,时间20 min,每日1次,连续治疗20天;非穴组选取大鼠右侧胁下固定非经非穴点;模型组在同等条件下饲养,不予任何干预;应用Morris水迷宫观察3组大鼠学习记忆能力。结果与模型组比较,电针组、非穴组的逃避潜伏期和原平台象限游泳路程/总路程有显著性差异(P【0.05);与非穴组比较,电针组的逃避潜伏期和原平台象限游泳路程/总路程有显著性差异(P【0.05)。结论电针后海穴可改善自闭症模型大鼠的学习和记忆能力。
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncturing at Houhai on learning and memory ability of autism model rats.Methods Rat models of autism were induced by peritoneal injection of Sodium Valproate,and the rats were divided into model group(n=10),non-acupoint group(n=10) and electroacupuncture group(n=10).Model rats in electroacupuncture group were treated by acupuncturing at Houhai,then received electroacupuncture stimulus for 20 minutes(continuous wave,frequency was 2 Hz),and the treatment was given once daily and lasted for 20 days.Rats in non-acupoint group were treated by acupuncturing at fixed non-points under the right flank.Rats in model group were fed under identical conditions and did not received any intervention.The learning and memory ability of model rats were observed by Morris water maze.Results There were significant differences in escape latency and ratio of quondam platform quadrant swimming course and total course between electroacupuncture group and model group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in escape latency and ratio of quondam platform quadrant swimming course and total course between non-acupoint group and model group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in escape latency and ratio of quondam platform quadrant swimming course and total course between non-acupoint group and electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncturing at Houhai could improve learning and memory ability of autism model rats.
