为了采集云南松(Pinus yunnanensis)表面声发射信号,使用NI高速数据采集设备搭建了多通道声发射信号采集平台,同时设计了相应的声发射信号采集与分析平台,实现了多通道信号采集以及从噪声中重构信号。通过云南松声发射试验验证了该平台的有效性,从噪声中重构声发射信号,进一步验证了小波变换在信号提取方面的优越性。作为一种木材声发射信号处理与分析平台,为以后的木材声发射信号研究奠定了基础。
In order to obtain the acoustic emission signal from the surface of Pinus yunnanensis timber, a multi-channel acoustic emission signal acquisition system based on NI high-speed datum acquisition equip- ment was constructed. The corresponding acoustic emission signal acquisition and analysis platform were designed, which realized the multi-channel signal acquisition and the reconstruction of the signal from the noise. The system was proved to be effective. By reconstructing the acoustic emission signal from the noise, advantages of wavelet analysis in signal extraction were verified. As an acoustic emission signal processing and analysis platform,it would lay a foundation for the study of acoustic emission signal of wood in the fu- ture.
