本文以“昆明地震活断层探测与地震危险性评价项目”的子项目——“04昆深工程”为例,介绍了人工地震探测工程的主要实施技术、在城市和民族地区开展大规模人工爆破工作的困难、施工及管理的复杂性等;对组织协调在项目中的成功运用进行了分析;从测线及炮点选择、施工前的准备工作、施工过程中的协调管理、严格贯彻实施操作规程、做好安全控制等方面对工程实施的主要经验进行了总结归纳,对项目实施管理全过程从组织协调的细化分层及项目团队的有效沟通方面做了初步的探讨。
Taking the subproject "04 queensland exploration project" from the project "Kunming earthquake active fault survey and earthquake risk appraisal" as an example, the implementation of the artificial earthquake survey are introduced in this paper, which con- sists of the main techniques, the difficulty to do the large artificial explosion in multi-ethnic region, the complexity of the construction and management. The successful utilization of organization and coordination in the project are analyzed. The main experience are summarized, which covers the choice of the measured line and source point, preparations, coordination and management, implementation of the operating rules and security control. Preliminary discussion is given for the entire management process of the project implementation, from the refinement of the organization and coordination to the effective communication of the team.
