项目组织协调是项目管理的重要内容,是完成项目任务必不可少的方法和手段。"十五"期间,国家对"云南数字地震观测网络项目"的投资超过了亿元,投资规模的空前、多部门协作的加强、新技术研发的加快,对实施单位的管理水平提出了更高、更新的要求,而组织协调的优劣直接关系到项目实施的成败。以云南省防震减灾"十五"重大项目为例,对远外层项目关系人、近外层项目关系人与内部项项目关系人之间的关系和组织协调的运用作了分析研究,并对组织协调机制和运行模式构建进行了初步分析。
