The new method of creating accessory collection, taking the parameter design of straighttoothed spur gear as example, by using UG/open serials tools were researched.In the basement of having analyzed in the standard involution spur gear design model foundation, three dimensional parameterization model of the straight tooth gear was established. The performance procedure was introduced. The procedure was compiled. The gear modeled process was sumplified. The efficiency was enhanced. The components model method was enriched.
