螺纹冷滚压是一种生产高性能、高质量螺纹件的先进生产工艺。针对这种先进工艺缺乏理论研究,实际生产比较盲目的现状,分析了滚丝轮与螺纹件的相对运动关系,并运用Deform软件对其运动过程进行了数值模拟,得到了其运动过程中的速度场。结果表明,在螺纹冷滚压过程中,滚丝轮与螺纹件之间存在一条线,在线上滚丝轮与螺纹件之间是纯滚动。除此之外的接触区域,滚丝轮与螺纹件之间的运动是滑动。在滚压过程中,纯滚动线是从滚丝轮的牙顶一直向中径处移动。
Cold thread rolling is an advanced process to produce high performance and high quality threaded parts. Theoretical research on this process is few and production process is blind for lack of theoretical guidance. The movement relationship between die and workpiece during thread rolling was analyzed. Deform- 3D V6. 1 was used to simulate the thread rolling process. The velocity field was obtained. Result shows that there is a line where pure rolling occurs between die and workpiece. Except this area, sliding movement always exists between die and workpiece. The line moves from the crest to the pitch diameter of the die during thread rolling.
