通过调节喷嘴间距、预混气出口速度和燃料当量比对3个直列预混微火焰的结构特性进行了实验研究,用增强型相机记录了不同工况下的火焰形态和CH分布.实验结果表明:随着喷嘴间距减小、预混气出口速度和当量比的增加,3个火焰之间的相互作用增强,火焰分别呈现出w形、相互独立和合并等形态;火焰之间的相互作用主要影响火焰中上部区域,对火焰底部区域影响不大,并根据火焰发光图片中光强信号给出了火焰形态判断依据.
The flame configuration of three linearly arranged premixed micro flames was investigated experimentally by adjusting the distance between tubes, jet velocity and equivalence ratio. Intensified charge coupled de- vice (ICCD) was used to record the flame configurations and the distribution of CH. The result shows that with the decrease of the distance between tubes and the increase of jet velocity and equivalence ratio, the interaction between the flames is enhanced, with the appearance of W-shaped, independent and combined flames, and that the interac- tion of the flames focuses on the middle and upper areas of the flame rather than on the bottom. In addition, the crite- rion of flame configuration is given by the intensity of full-spectrum distribution.
