实验测量了三个直列甲烷/空气预混微火焰的吹熄极限,同时利用R型微型热电偶对火焰的温度场进行测量,并建立模型模拟了冷态流场,考察了喷嘴间距、燃料当量比和预混气流速三个关键参数对火焰吹熄特性的影响。研究结果表明,三个直列预混微火焰吹熄特性与单个微火焰不同,随喷嘴间距减小,直列预混微火焰吹熄极限速度先增大后减小,存在一个喷嘴间距临界值使直列微火焰吹熄极限速度达到一个峰值,其原因是喷嘴间距改变导致火焰相互作用发生变化导致。
The blow out limitation of three CH4/air premixed micro flames in a line were measured experimentally.Meanwhile,the temperature field was measured by micro R-thermocouple and a computational model was established to get the cold velocity field as well.The effect factors of blow out characteristics such as the distance between the micro jet tubes,equivalence ratio(Φ)and the velocity of the premixed gas were tested.The results show that the blow out characteristics of three premixed flames in a line is different from the single flame,that the blow out velocity presents an upward trend and then experiences a downward trend as the distance between the tubes decreases,and apeak blow out velocity can be get at a critical distance.The reason causing this phenomenon is that the change of the distance leads to the change of the interaction between the flames.
