以福建沙县官庄国有林场杉木人工林第3代种子园为研究对象,在区分高中低产区的基础上,分析了各产量小区中土壤微生物及其与种子产量之间的关系.结果显示,土壤微生物量随着高中低产区的产量减少而减少,在高产小区表现为最大,同时,杉木母树的树高和胸径生长情况也呈现出与土壤微生物一致的变化趋势.种子园种子的产量除了与球果的产量显著相关外,与土壤微生物量表现为明显的正相关关系,并与20-40 cm土层的微生物量达到显著.研究表明,土壤微生物活性强的条件下,可能通过增加土壤养分的矿化,增加对母树养分的供给来促进结实量的增加.
The research in this paper targets a third generation seed orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolata in Sanming,Fujian Province.It divides the orchard into high,middle and low yield regions,in which the soil microorganism and its relation with seed yield are analyzed respectively.The results show that soil microbial biomass decreases along with the seed yield,especially in the high yield regions.Meanwhile,the growth in height and DBH of the mother tree tends to behave the same as the soil microbial biomass.The seed yield,besides its significant connection with cone crop,is also positively correlated to soil microbial biomass,especially within the 20-40 cm soil layer.The study proves that with high level microbial activity it is possible to boost the seed yield by providing more nutrients to the mother tree through soil mineralization.
